We’re not your conventional recruitment agency and we never planned to be! Our mission has always been to challenge conformist recruitment methods by being better, quicker and more effective, while keeping people at our core. For us it’s all about building long lasting relationships with people based on honesty, integrity and ethics.

Although it was always our intention to service the UK market, after over a decade of building long-lasting relationships with our clients, we have found a number of them asking us to help out abroad.

Hospitality

At Change, we cover all things Hospitality and we think we do it really well. There really isn’t anything within the Hospitality industry that we haven’t done or can’t do but we do limit our service to the top end of the market because that’s what we know best.

In 2004, finding staff in the Hospitality industry was a challenge for many businesses as there were no specialist agencies, particularly for high-end Hospitality and Catering companies. After investing their life savings, the founders of Change created the UK’s first boutique Hospitality recruitment company.

Sous Chef with Asian Experience

We are looking for a skilled Sous chef for an exclusive, high-end restaurant in Central London who will need to support the Head Chef in running the 40 strong brigade. It is a large operation, with busy weekends of around 500 covers. The menu is based on small dishes and sharing plates, with Spanish and Asian inuences. The restaurant is open 7 days a week, oering a lunch and dinner menu of exquisite and intricate dishes and avours.

The ideal chef needs to:

  • Have a good attitude.
  • Be committed to joining one of the most successful restaurants in London.
  • Be able to remain calm in a high pressure environment.
  • Be capable of running a section.
  • Work directly with the Head Chef on sta training.
  • Have some Asian cuisine experience.

The Sous Chef position is oering up to £30,000 a year with a generous bonus scheme, based on working at least 8 shifts a week. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious chef to join a truly exciting project that is now looking to expand internationally.
